Sport Classes in Dublin for Kids
Little Kickers gives children a positive introduction to sport by teaching high quality football skills in a friendly, pressure-free environment. There are four different classes tailored specifically to the needs of children between 18 months and seven years of age.

Active Sport Ireland has been promoting fun, healthy, and inclusive sports opportunities for kids since 2005. Founded by Mark Whitwood, the group now offers a range of activity programmes to keep young people active and engaged.

Active Sport: Multi-sport activities for children aged 4-11.

Active Totz: Play-based physical activities for toddlers aged 18 months to 4 years.

dlr Leisure provides a wide range of sports from indoor & outdoor sports to water sports. All Sports activities are delivered by quality coaches who make participation fun for everyone, no matter their current level of ability. All coaches are NGB qualified and have been Garda screened. Small groups at all sessions to ensure maximum attention for all participants. dlrLeisure Sports Section provide all sports equipment at the sessions, but it is important for parents/ guardians to ensure that their child is dressed appropriately to take part in the activity and bring a non-fizzy drink with them.

Sport Ireland Campus offers a wide range of sports programs for kids of all ages and abilities. Their weekly academy classes include Swimming, Gymnastics, Athletics, Diving, MultiSport, and Badminton, providing year-round opportunities to get active and build skills.

During school holidays, they also run seasonal Kids' Camps in partnership with Team Ireland and Allianz, giving kids a chance to stay active, make friends, and have fun.

Aikido is a dynamic martial art that combines practical self-defense techniques with a focus on building confidence and agility. Kids aged 7 to 15 can enjoy getting fit, increasing flexibility, and learning important skills like anti-bullying and coordination in a supportive and fun environment.

Classes are led by highly qualified, Garda-vetted instructors with over 20 years of experience. Safety and well-being are a top priority, and all classes follow national child protection guidelines.

Classes run with the school term and pause during holidays and midterm breaks. Wear track pants and a t-shirt for your first class.

The Flying Ducks is a youth ice hockey and inline hockey club for boys and girls aged 5 and up, welcoming players from Dublin, Meath, Louth, and Kildare.
The club offers both Learn-to-Play sessions for beginners and competitive teams from Under 10 to Under 18.
​
Ice hockey training takes place from November to February on a temporary ice rink, while inline hockey training runs year-round at leisure centres in Dublin 15 and Gormanston, Co. Meath.
